Thank you for shopping with Tash Skincare Plus. We want you to be happy with your order, and we kindly ask that you read our Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for skincare, beauty, or personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or removed from their original condition.

Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect product choice, or unwanted items.

To protect the safety and hygiene of our customers, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Items must not be sent back to us without contacting us first. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can review the issue and assist you.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Clear photos of the packaging, where applicable

Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will let you know whether your request has been approved and what the next step will be.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a suitable solution such as a refund, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution, subject to availability and applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used skincare products

  • Beauty or personal care products that have been tested or applied

  • Products that are no longer in their original condition

  • Products with broken seals, damaged packaging caused after delivery, or signs of tampering

  • Sale or promotional items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Gift cards, if applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for skincare or beauty products.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and assist you with a suitable solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue has been reported to us within the required time period with supporting photos.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at tashskincareplus@gmail.com.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
